A Floating Art's Centre that embeds itself into the fabric of the North Shore of Venice. The completed building connects to disjointed pieces of the coastal promenade, thus creating a pedestrian route through a new public square and open gallery / modern collanade.However the key cube can be removed and float away, creating a missing piece in the Island. This seperated section of Venice becomes a glowing teasing cube out in the Laguna, where performances and fine dining can take place.On the opposite Island of Murano, the Vessel arrives in a theatrical event and can then open up onto a proportional deck - held at a distance and observed by those walking past.
