Residence built with mixed structure: glued laminated eucalyptus in the center, and reinforced concrete on the perimeter. As a result of the conflicts and articulations of both structures, the house space is pervaded by a certain excess of structural elements, thus allowing to arrange the rooms and floors in various levels. With ceiling height of 9 meters, the stairway is the central feature of the house. The furniture was designed by Casa Design Brasileiro.
