he plot of vacant land of the settlement is at an elevation of an average of 85 m from sea level and since there is no other structuring in front of it, it has an extensive sea and city view as of the ground floor. In essence, the design was shaped in the concept of every one of the units benefitting from this view.
While giving shape the urban design of the settlement, it was assembled in a manner where the blocks would not constitute a wall and by organizing pleasantly breezy openings, which leave a passage for the sea breezes that blow on the Aegean Coast during the day in summer. This situation both gives the opportunity for air circulation to the back settlements and also provides for view spaces to the neighboring buildings. The blocks on the plot of land have been placed in levels by suiting the elevations, which fall directly from east to west. Instead of a homogeneous, solid image, an undulating leveled mass composition was assembled by making blocks at different heights.
