Responsibilities: Collaborated as a project consultant in multiple aspects of pre-construction process for new construction and reconstruction projects, including projects start-up strategies, estimating, scheduling, bidding and contract awarding. Conducted field survey/measurements and ocular inspection of the sites, buildings and facilities. Assisted in the preparation of subcontracts. Prepared, expedited, and monitored shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, request for information for projects.
