The Vandeplas residence is located in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, and has a total area of 4,730 S.F.
Since the residence is not proximate to the ocean and in order to have ocean views, the house was elevated one level leaving the ground floor as an open area for a terrace and parking space. The house main entrance is located on the north side of the residence giving direct access to staircase, although the staircase can also be accessed through the ground floor terrace.
The principal amenities are located on the second floor, which are the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, an office, and a spacious terrace overlooking the ocean.
