In our proposal, a plaza has been designed just in front of the entrance of the project to perform as a connection between the north and south part of the project. This plaza has been located in Keshavarz Boulevard and serves both as a public space for the neighborhood and the entrance for the project.
Office zone and commercial zone are connected in a shared lobby restaurant and an art door space, this will result in a coherent project. But in the other hand, working hours for commercial zone and office zone do not match necessarily. This will cause a separated between office zone and commercial zones.
In order to be a monolith and dynamic office complex, it’s required to have a great lobby at entrance. An area that is consisting an information, waiting area, conference- hall and variety of other services is in conflict with the most commercial areas in the ground level need that client demanded.
Therefore, redefining the entrance and changing commercial spaces mood from a closed complex to a valey-Bazzar could solve the problem. Connecting offices block to the walkway and dividing it from commercial block in the ground level, provide us a connection between the north walkway and the south walkway. In addition, stairway-shape platform that is made from height differences, bring us a little urban plaza.
