Valcourt Building Services, a professional window-cleaning and waterproofing business, outgrew its office in Washington, DC and decided to relocate to the Kidwell Building in Tyson’s corner, which offered building signage visible from the Capital Beltway and other amenities that better suited the company’s needs and corporate culture.
The program consisted of a reception area, sixteen closed offices with glass fronts, open area workstations, a storage area accessible from the main corridor, a training room, work room, a large pantry with bar, open collaborative meeting areas, and a private small pantry/meeting area.
