Vacation House in Artemida, Greece
The study involved the design of a 100 sq.m country house located in a 230 sq.m site in Artemida, a coastal city in Attika area, and was designed for a four member family.
Given the small piece of land and the need for an open landscaped space, the house was designed in two levels.
The building is composed of a main volume where living areas and bedrooms are located and a secondary one -cladded with wooden - that passes through the first one, consisting the bedroom’s balconies.
Oh the ground floor following the house was located a large outdoor covered area with open space planted, a simple setting for family gatherings during the summer months.
