Located in one of the most impressive coral reefs in Costa Rica, the house is designed with s a full immersion of what our earth has to offer. The house is situated 150 meters from the white sand beaches tucked away behind lush greenery. And sits idly, few meters up from the ground, keeping it safe from natural and unwanted elements.
The open patio on both sides with overgrown vegetation and the vertical lights shafts to introduce a daily light play. The house welcomes you on a natural experience with fine luxury freshness and the warmth of the earth's assets.
The house is transformable into a single unit and also a double unit with the provision of the staircase. It allows secluded privacy for each individual.
The moment you enter the upper floor with a winding open staircase, it gives you a feeling of natural flow with the wind. In the bedroom the morning sky or gloomy night light welcomes you. Just two steps further outside on the balcony, the copper bathtub stands, a luxury centerpiece of the bedroom. A robust piece of nature that indulge in enjoying the panoramic view in the most comfortable way.
Each unit will give the same ambiance yet different experience. The open floor plan provides flexibility in the usage of both spaces. The roof structure contains a light void on top, which allows natural daylight to bathe inside the bedroom.
