Also a combination of three apartments, for this project, Lauren was able to maximize light by making it possible to open the space from window to window. The apartments are then artfully connected by a beauitful ironwork stair and decorative railing.
The apartment successfully functions now for a family with two young children—an open plan which includes a beautifully expanded kitchen, multiple play spaces and children’s’ nooks, and separate bedrooms upstairs for quiet and privacy.
