Developed a team with lighting, kitchen equipment consultants and end user, Guest Services Inc. Renovation of the existing cafeteria was performed within astringent spatial, facility and security parameters and designed to provide a first-class dining experience. The metaphor implemented was to give an impression of global/orbital movement being a governmental institution Interacting with international variables and meeting and hosting guests from around the globe. The radial circulation along with the playful design of the ceiling and floor pattern and design elements allows for fluid flow of customers in a relaxed atmosphere. The implementation of the design and completion of the renovation was successfully achieved within budget and schedule.
