That project is a response to the relevant topic - the creation of a protected personal space inside a crowded and chaotic urban environment. A small site - a big feature. Objective: To design a functional house with on the 1220 m2 on a plot of 1400 m2.

The Customers were 2 friends who own the adjacent areas in a city, with a desire to build two separate houses in close proximity to each other. The architecture of the houses is completely different, but they are united by the idea of ​​comfortable modern living, with the creation of individual environment.

The house consists of several volumes, which are formed by a certain character compartments. The Volumes transforms a spatial structure of the house and forms patios, creating different levels of privacy and communication facilities with home environment. One of the objectives in the projecting was to create a closed private space - a courtyard. The site is encircled by building by closing the inner space of strict symmetrical facade from prying eyes.

The courtyard has a terrace, which unites all areas of the house, extensive lawn and a relaxation area with a mini-garden, that is far from public spaces and gives a chance to private rest.
