A shelter & retreat for a graphic designer working within the surf industry.It offers the occupant a place to retreat beach-side from the hustle & Bustle of office life.A place to work in quite seclusion, draw inspiration from the surrounds & take shelter from the sometimes-harsh weather.The fabric of the structure consists entirely from materials reclaimed & salvaged from the demolition works of residential buildings undergoing renovation or replacement in the near-by suburban/urban areas, materials that would generally find their end at the dump.Instead these materials come together on a near-by beach, somewhat akin to the gathering of driftwood to be composed into a new structure.
