Taking advantage of the privileged location and the proximity to the entrance of the residential area of Juriquilla, a commercial space is conceived where the terrain´s topography allows to generate platforms at different levels in the parking spaces and the commercial premises, which favors those shops located in the back of the project as they are placed in the highest part of it.
The land has 10137 m2 and the constructed area corresponds to 60% of it.The development has 9300 m2 and two parking levels. The idea was to create a space of reference for the visitors and a space that cover the main needs of the area.
