Taking advantage of the site´s privileged location for its proximity to the entrance to the residential area of Jurica, a commercial space is conceived where site´s topography allows generating platforms at different levels that organize the parking places and elevate the commercial locals so they don´t go unnoticed from the exterior perspective. This distribution creates at the center of the project, an open space where the parking space pavements, the walkers and green areas promote the accessibility and allow a greater control from every point for the visitor.
This project tries to become a reference place for the visitors and covers the basic needs of the area. The pedestrian access to the mall is through perimeter sidewalks that communicate all the local commercials areas.
The program has been defined by analyzing the area´s needs, which is why the mall services cover different sectors: food and drinks (restaurants, cafeteria…), shops specialties (stationery, telephony, electronics, candy store…), basic products stores (pharmacy, bakery…), banks, services locals (dye house, veterinary, hair salon, hardware…), libraries, furniture stores, among others. The project has its own services area and administration for its correct operation.
