This commercial project is located at the center zone of Mexico City, inside the Rome historic colony at Durango Av., only few meters from the “Fuente de la Cibeles”. The immediate entourage provides a nice view because of the streets’ dimensions and vegetation, making a sophisticated and bohemian atmosphere. The building is the result of a façade that connects with the existing trees located on Av. Durango.
The location has 1,042.97 sq. meters but the project uses only 524.01 sq. meters, with the core of circulations exhibited in the main facade. Because of this, the project presents a compact layout, with a free area around 50% as interior courtyard. There will be two shops in access floor and two more in high floor, all of them varying sizes and with large terraces to enjoy the views of the median. The project consists of 60 parking crates and distributed in half- and basement floor, these will serve the 4 local business that housed mainly bookstores, restaurants and cafes of recognized standing.
