The intent of this proposal is to transform an existing undesirable phenomena /condition of the posted bills onto NYC’s sidewalk sheds into an urban canvas. Abstracting a collage of posted bills from the city creates a colorful grid that reflects the diversity of the city from its blocks, buildings and people.
