The design of this roomy four bedroom apartment is a perfect example of transitional design - a traditional motif with a modern perspective. LRA was able to maintain the traditional ambiance of the apartment by retaining a formal foyer, formal dining area and separate kitchen while opening up the space and bringing in more light and flow.
The comfortable living area doubling as a library was designed alongside a media room for the owner who is in the film business. The combination of styles result in a beautiful home that is both warm and elegant.
