Payne Developers purchased the property with the intention of remodeling the existing residence built in 1942 and placing it back into the market. The existing design was kept as a ranch style but upgrades were made to the exterior and to the interior flow of the floor plan. An existing basement level living room was converted to a wine cellar with a bar for entertaining. The deteriorated tennis court was converted to a bocce ball court with patio areas.
