Project description:  Unruga
housing estate project developed by experienced French company Novamonde in
cooperation with Ozone Architectural Studio, who launched together Novamonde
Polska. The estate is located on the southern part of Wroclaw.Investment includes 20 semi detached houses consists of two apartments which
surface that amounts approx. from 75 sqm to 115 sqm. Northern site of the plot is occupied with playground surrounded by the
green areas. The
whole area is monitored and fenced.
 
Concept: The aim of the project
was to create a modern environment, friendly
and safe housing estate. Each
building consists of two high standard and spacious apartments with terraces. The whole estate was designed
with significant respect to neighbourhood giving an impression of living in
harmony with urban space.Modern
architectural design was procured by the mixture of large glass surfaces blends
in with traditional form and materials such as wooden facade panels.Despite the fact that the estate consists of semi detached houses not
villas, we managed to preserve an atmosphere of privacy and intimacy.
