It is a resort hotel situated in the city of Puerto Princesa in the island of Palawan, Philippines. The resort will comprise of 2 hotel towers and 2 condotel towers that will cater to local and international tourists.
The four towers surround a large outdoor pool with artificial sand, and a central clubhouse. The architecture is inspired by the traditional Filipino architecture that is evident in the design of the clubhouse. Other traditional Filipino architectural elements can also be seen as window screens and lattice works that adorns the hotel tower's podium. Random ledges at the exterior facade on every floor is reminiscent of the various islands that comprises the Philippine archipelago.
The architecture is Modern Filipino.
