The new chapel follows the curved brick wall form of the original main sanctuary. The connection from the new chapel roof to the existing sanctuary is a glass shed to allow light to define the edge between old and new. The glass shed continues to create a new entrance for the sanctuary and chapel. There is a new, elevated entry court with a broad, curving cascade of steps leading from the parking to the entry. The lounges and toilets are under the entry porch and have an on-grade entrance. The internal renovations include handicap accessibility upgrades, new toilet and refurbished social hall. The main sanctuary was refurbished under a separate contract.
