The Sarway Team engaged our studio to create a comprehensive set of renderings to support the project’s pre-leasing and pre-sale strategy.

Design Representation

Our visualization reflects the refined material palette, modern layout, and understated luxury that define high-end residences in Greenwich Village.
The interiors balance soft lighting with clean architectural lines, enhancing the spatial flow and highlighting the craftsmanship within the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and lobby.
