The University of Calgary Downtown Campus, houses portions of the Haskanye School of Business, the School of Public Policy, and Continuing Education. The project is an adaptive re-use of an aging downtown clinic and office. The project is characterized by the an undulating black zinc facade that adresses the block corner and the use of a kinetic facade commission from Ned Khan, a renowned artist. The project is targeting LEED Silver.
