DIGroup Architecture (DIG), proudly designed the transformative UNITI Cultural Center at Stony Brook University. The center was thoughtfully crafted to foster inclusivity, celebrate diversity, and provide a space for meaningful engagement among students, faculty, and staff.
DIG’s work included designing vibrant, adaptable spaces that reflect the center’s mission of promoting multicultural understanding and advocacy. The facility features areas for academic and experiential learning, social discourse, and community service, as well as dedicated spaces for social justice education and support services. DIG’s design integrates bold, welcoming elements that create a sense of belonging, while also incorporating functional layouts to support diverse programming and activities.
