Retail Podium (1 TO 4) – 50,000 sq.ft..
Mid level Residential (6 TO 17) – 88,300 sq.ft.
High level Office (18 TO 55) – 3,82,200 sq.ft
Total Built-Area – 1 million sq.ft.
Scope of Work: Developing detailed construction document set using AutoCAD and Revit, along with renderings.
The Project was particularly challenging because of 2 reasons -
1. Mixed Usage
Requirement of spaces will vary depending on its function. In
other words we can say handling many types buildings simultaneously.
2. Complexity of Form
The organic form of the building almost ruled out the possibility of repetition or Typical aspect. We had to work resolving all the specifics related to the form at every stage.
Retail Podium (1 TO 4) – 50,000 sq.ft..
Mid level Residential (6 TO 17) – 88,300 sq.ft.
High level Office (18 TO 55) – 3,82,200 sq.ft
