Union Faria Lima: contemporary architecture in dialogue with the city
Located at one of the most valued addresses in São Paulo, at the intersection of Brigadeiro Faria Lima and Juscelino Kubitschek avenues, Union Faria Lima is part of an urban setting in transformation, marked by the incorporation of residential, corporate, and mixed-use developments. The new project by AMY, a company with 40 years of experience in the real estate sector, proposes a qualified occupation aligned with current demands for mobility, sustainability, and intelligent use of urban space.
Open directly onto Atílio Inocenti Street and, through a pocket plaza, to Leopoldo Couto de Magalhães Street, the building establishes a fluid relationship with its immediate surroundings. The corporate tower rises on 10-meter-high pilotis, reinforcing the lightness of its implantation and allowing greater integration with the public space. The floor plates were designed with a focus on user well-being and incorporate the latest principles of environmental quality, safety, and flexibility.
With a façade composed of granite, champagne anodized aluminum, and high-performance glass, Union Faria Lima stands out for its elegant and dynamic composition. The modules vary in width and position along the floors, creating rhythm and formal sophistication in tune with contemporary design trends. The project was fully modeled in BIM (Building Information Modeling), allowing for greater control and efficiency during construction and throughout the building’s life cycle.
Designed by renowned professionals in architecture, landscaping, and interiors — Pablo Slemenson, Alex Hanazaki, and Leonardo Junqueira, respectively — the development also features a series of sustainable differentials: rainwater reuse, natural and efficient lighting systems, a recycling center, bicycle parking with locker rooms, charging stations for electric vehicles, and an integrated landscaping project.
Combining technical rigor with attention to the urban context, Union Faria Lima is a contemporary response to the city’s transformations and to new ways of living and working.
