The clubbing ideal is a transcendental experience. Music collides with smoky lights, the dizzy bliss meets the ambiguous shadow. Here the wallpaper design interweaves two paradisal planes-- the blurry, red strobe-lights juxtaposed with with Mihály Munkácsy’s heavenly, 18th century painting “Apotheosis of the Renaissance”. The unexpected meeting of the two worlds evokes the spirit of Ungaro’s Clubbing Couture.
