A modern facility with 250 parking places spread over 5 levels (one at street level and four underground)
The basic criteria used in the design are as follows: – Optimize user comfort. With a good functional layout and simple circulations of both pedestrians and vehicles, – Bright, open spaces that provide a good visibility and security – Lighting and natural ventilation, – Landscaped Areas at access level with sculptural textile roofs.
The entry and exit of vehicles from the street resolve Hilarion Eslava through a vial with two distinct senses of circulation. Communications between the basement and the outside are made by two one-way ramps, one input and one output. Located in the North and South Ends of the plot. We have also provided 2 pedestrian entrances located on the longitudinal center line of the car park. One equipped with a lift to enable appropriate access for disabled people.
