The villa with oriel was erected between 1907 and 1908 by the architects Richard Kruder and Alexander von Senger as a dependance for the Dolderburg in the neighborhood. Elements of Heimatstil and Neubarock are features of this elegant building. Luckily the building had no destroying renovations in the past years. But to make the building fit for the coming generations we made an intense renovation of the facade and the roof. An elevator was integrated and the garage was connected to the building by an underground corridor. In the basement there are now offices with high standard finish. All other floors preserved their residentual usage, the existing floors were refurbished and original materials preserved as far as possible. The complete renovation was fulfilled in tight collaboration with federal historic preservation.
