We designed a stunning, three-story house which included highly insulated walls and a geothermal system controlled online. The house was a passive solar design where the windows, walls and floors were designed to collect, store, reflect and distribute solar energy in the form of heat in the winter and reject the solar heat in the summer. Along with these elements, an instant hot water system was incorporated into the design to help with the efficiency of the house. Instant hot water systems provide hot water only as it is needed.

Because we were designing a new house on an empty lot, we were able to take full advantage of the climate and the sun path at the site. The exterior of the house include a pool, outdoor fireplace and living area.
