The University of Alabama at Birmingham desired to complete the east edge of the new Campus Green quadrangle with a new freshman residence hall and dining facility to blend and create a more cohesive campus. By utilizing design elements and building materials consistent with other university facilities, we worked with the client to provide 753 beds in a suite configuration, student support spaces, administrative offices and a computer room. A freshman’s common area was created to provide a third place element to the community of the dorm.Click here for more information.
