A 60,000 sf interior renovation within Boca Corporate Center & Campus (fka: IBM Headquarters, designed by Marcel Breurer). Conceptually this project was focused on showcasing the companies technology driven businesses with a cutting-edge and modern interior architecture. A focus was made to move away from the current corporate culture of enclosed offices and fixed and rigid meeting spaces and welcome new solutions for those needs via the implementation of a minimal enclosed offices all with glass fronts and a multitude of meeting space options (enclosed meeting rooms, casual meeting spaces with hi-top tables, writable work surfaces and sliding glass entry doors, more casual meeting spaces in a cafe setting at the Oasis and other areas to welcome casual meetings and discussions. The overall layout and arrangement of the space focused on emphasizing the circulation paths and placing common area spaces along those circulation paths to emphasize the "shared" nature of those spaces, again to promote collaboration.
