Two storeys family house refurbishment

This project involved total refurbishment of a massive two storeys family house in the posh locality of Millfield, near Highgate; with the house overlooking the Highgate ponds.
The brief involved internal reconfiguration of spaces to high standards.
The house is at various levels and includes features such as a home theatre, a gym with sauna and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine level bedroom with bespoke conical rooflights.
The design of this project also presents an unique approach of receiving the daylight. Thanks to two massive bespoke skylights and new full height windows. The daylight can penetrate in every room of this house.
At the ground floor, the study room has been removed to create a more spacious family room with freestanding fireplace.
