Copley Wolff Design Group's design of the multi-level, 5,125-square-foot roof deck allows it to maximize surrounding city and harbor views. The flexible, exterior space can accommodate large group functions or, with the addition of moveable tables and chairs, serve smaller, informal gatherings on a day-to-day basis. Integrated wood benches provide supplemental seating opportunities. A live green wall provides privacy from the adjacent building and screens views of the emergency egress head house and window washing rigs. Large planters with trees, shrubs, perennials, and groundcovers offer shade, seasonal color, and a sense of scale within the space.
