Twin Tree Towers is located at the southeast corner of the 600 year old capital of Korea, Gyeongbuk Palace. The site sits at the intersection of 3 major cultural areas in Seoul, Gwanghaemun and the Gyeongbuk Palace, Insadong, and Samchungdong. These are all densely populated and active historical districts in Seoul. With have pedestrian traffic, the site is in the axis of all three areas with extraordinary views of the Gyeongbuk Palace, Inwang mountain, and Bugak mountain. The space between the two towers provides public access between these three areas with places to rest, drink and converse.
