The idea of vertical living, with all the advantages and more of an urban townhouse, is realized by allowing for generous spaces, daylight and ventilation on all four faces of the property. Envisioned as a stack of flats, the structure showcases this individuality by providing each and every unit with a different floor plate. Each unit occupies its own floor that centers around a living and dining suite bounded by full-height floor to ceiling windows. This suite in turn opens up to a luxurious veranda that provides a unique setting for both private moments and social gatherings. This personal yet very open space, coupled with a generous use of glass, allows for a blurring of the indoor and outdoor and creates an intimate affinity with the sky. Twelve Luxury Flats establishes a new form of urbanism in the metropolis by allowing for a socially aware yet uncompromising urban lifestyle. It delivers a distinctly unique proposition of allowing for all that you would need or want in an urban home.
