Our team strategically combined our in-depth knowledge of workplace and social trends with our client’s goal to nurture their company culture and designed high energy, functional, human-centric workplaces that communicate the brand’s identity and prestige.
Different areas of collaboration, teamwork, relaxation, social interaction and privacy so to keep employees motivated and more productive than ever. Natural light, lighting design, sound absorbing surfaces, and state-of-the-art air and temperature controls, ensure comfort and well-being of users. The layout includes spaces with single purpose, combined with mixed use and multi-purpose areas to cover all aspects in the versatile TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas work process. Branded elements and colours are spread within the spaces in carefully chosen points, to promote the distinctive branding identity, amplifying the culture and vision of the brand.
The space is designed to follow a linear flow, with evenly distributed spaces on both sides of the long corridors. All the different functions and zones of the offices are positioned according to the dynamics of internal collaborations and daily communication between the departments. The rationale on the distribution was to increase productivity and enhance employees’ day-to-day processes, whilst creating an environment which is enjoyable to work in, inclusive and fun.
Additional attention to detail was paid when choosing materials that can create a consistent and welcoming space, respecting the brand identity and values. The use of plants around the offices in various locations serve this purpose by providing a visual intermission and introducing a natural element to the offices.
The feeling of warmth is prevalent throughout the entire space by using wood flooring on various areas, combined with colour accents and modern furniture. Most spaces are abundant in natural light exposing the employees to the beautiful local weather, whilst when combined with the lighting design create a well-lit environment and a sense of clean, structured morphology for the whole of the workplace. Sound absorbing desk dividers, as well as colourful open shelves and boxed storage furniture add to this structure and frame the open spaces into individual work positions and mixed use points. Where necessary, desks are shielded from the corridor with custom-made cabinets housing plants on their top side, adding functionality and complementing the natural touches.
The look & feel of the concept is warm, vibrant and modern, with clear lines and a breezy flow, that ultimately improves user experience and wellbeing, welcomes the natural elements, while softly communicates the company’s values and identity.
Finally, the new kitchen serves as a hub for visitors and employees alike and supports both the day-to-day well-being needs of the staff, as well as enhancing the experience of the visitors. Colourful textiles and modern furniture combined with high contrast graphics and visuals create a vibrant and vivid environment, positively affecting the spirit of the space. The ambience is supported by lighting design, fine-tuned to assist the ample natural lights from the windows.
