In the context of the European Capital of
Culture 2016, Donostia inaugurated MiramArt,
a project that combines Art + Architecture
+ Smart Technology. The pedestrian tunnel
that connects the beaches of Ondarreta and
La Concha is the only space in the entire
route of the bay where you can not see the
sea. The project, developed together with the
artist Víctor Goikoetxea, highlights this space
through an intervention that plays with a
coating of materials, roughness and light that
recreates the sensations of the underwater
world.
