Gyumri Culinary School and Market
The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Armenia is a free educational platform specializing in technology and design. In the summer of 2024, the NF Architectural Studio participated in a competition to develop a design project for a unique culinary ecosystem in the city of Gyumri (Armenia).
The objective of the competition was to create a multifunctional complex of the future culinary school of Gyumri, located in the very center of the city inside the historical market, which includes both a school block and blocks of restaurants and shops, a playground area and a gastronomic market, as well as a parking area. The mission of the Gyumri Culinary School is to create a space for students, local farmers, restaurants and gastronomy enthusiasts to interact.
