Originally a dormant, dry food storage used for more than a decade, the transformation of this now, "T.U.H. Studios" into a vibrant, multidisciplinary warehouse stands as another masterclass of NUVION in architectural adaptive reuse. This single-storey facility pulses both culinary precision and creative energy.
T.U.H. Studios actively houses a comprehensive photo, video and content studio, complete with equipment rental services, dedicated fitting rooms and adjustable lighting systems with a creative zone that features an expansive cyclorama wall for versatile, beautifully-captured creator and product shoots. Overlooking this creative space is a cleverly-integrated loft office with an open layout, anchoring the editing rooms and post-production workflows without isolating the team from the energy of the main floor. On the side, it shares operations as a global R&D crucible for a sprawling food brand developing bespoke bottled goods and spices bound for the UAE and international markets while simultaneously serving as a high-capacity commissary for several homegrown Filipino restaurant brands positioned in Quezon City.
The utilitarian backbone of this operation is the industrial-grade kitchen, meticulously fitted with top-tier stainless steel equipment, heavy-duty chillers and commercial ranges, but what sets T.U.H. Studios apart is the seamless transition from a raw culinary production to high-end digital content creation powerhouse.
At the very heart of the structure, the architectural planning and layout by NUVION orchestrates a masterful collision of industrial grit and vibrant retro-modernism. A massive, playful yellow-tiled bar counter commands the ground floor, specifically designed as a dynamic, camera-ready set for food video content and a quick coffee nook for the guests. Directly adjacent to this bright architectural intervention lies a sprawling open-lounge setup that claims the central floor plan. This area is anchored by a striking set of Ligne Roset Bromley Togo sofas in rich, alcantara velvet orange fabric.
This vibrant lounge acts as the central focal space of the entire warehouse, weaving the distinct functional zones into a unified socialization and activity area. It provides a natural arena for casual collaboration among chefs, creators, directors and executives, while seamlessly doubling as an intimate event-hosting venue for private gatherings. Through this meticulous interior fit-out, NUVION has preserved the soaring, raw volumes of the original structure while injecting it with specialized functionality and bold tactile aesthetics.
