This project is a large-scale city planning and master plan initiative located in Karabakh, Azerbaijan, developed as part of a post-disaster reconstruction and social housing program.
The master plan aims to create a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable urban environment by integrating residential areas with social infrastructure, public spaces, and essential services. The project focuses on phased development, efficient land use, and adaptable urban systems that respond to both immediate housing needs and long-term growth.
From city planning to construction, the project addresses spatial organization, infrastructure planning, and housing typologies to support community rebuilding and social cohesion. The design approach prioritizes livability, accessibility, and environmental responsibility, contributing to the region’s long-term urban regeneration.
