Proposed rear extension to an existing ground floor flat set within an end terrace 'pastiche' addition to the existing Victorian terraces. With shared ownership between The Housing Association and a young family. Shinz Design worked hand in hand with the client to establish a design scheme which met the client's requirements at the same time as working through planning terms and achieving the Freeholder approval prior to proceeding with the works.
