The building is a simple and define volume with 9 flats apartments, 2 duples and 1 triplex distributed in 7 floors, with areas ranging between 130m ² and 400m ².The apartments along the hole ground with the purpose to have external views, and cenital ventilation and ilumination was located on the center giving ilumination to all of them too.The distribution of typical apartments have entry hall, living room, balcony to the front, guest bathroom, living room, master bedroom with walking closet and bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi, twobedrooms with closets, second bathroom, kitchen , laundry and bedroom with bathroom.The building is designed with easy maintenance materials such as exposed concrete, terrazzo planters and façade on the first level, clear glasses, face brick in a vertical wall to the center of the building and metal structure composed of steel beams framing H environments.In order to give consistency to the building, the work was integral lighting on the facade.
