A new nearly 120,000 square foot workforce education facility at TSTC's newly master planned campus in Rosenberg, Texas. This first of at least six facility buildings houses educational courses for welding, advanced pipe, precision machining, hvac technology and the like trades. Constructed as a hybrid of pre-engineered framing with insulated metal panels and tilt-up concrete. This building houses the campus' enrollment and faculty/staff offices until the construction of the Brazos Center expected to be completed Fall 2017. Construction completed August 2016. Will support up to 500 students. Designed for a fast paced one year construction schedule and for optimum energy efficiency.
