Ever ready for a challenge, Steele Associates took on this project on a steeply sloping site requiring five metre piers. The project consisted of demolition of the existing weatherboard house and the construction of an architect designed Balinese style 3 bedroom beach house on a difficult sloping block using light frame construction techniques. The end result – a stylish, environmentally friendly home with generous outdoor living areas – made the hard work well worth the effort.
