An opportunity to create a place, without defined frontiers or limits, opened to common man and society, which only by the presence of these will become fulfilled of purpose: an institution, civic in its excellence. Two volumes that stand up to each other by the upright of their lines, the strength of their pure geometry and the neutrality that justice embraces. The first building embraces the Forum and the second one the Judges and Presidency, connected to the existing building. Unified by a new monumental square that qualifies the public space and its surroundings and also making possible the creation of an expressive urban landmark, very necessary in the city context.
