Main conference and office buldings for one of the largest activity companies in the region, where bringing the experience of nature into the buldings was very important. Natural materials have been used both inside and outside. A healthy indoor climate without emissions from materials was a prerequisite for keeping the dimension of the ventilation ducts down. This is also important for the energy concept. The support structure is a combintation of fan-shaped pillars and a hanging steel structure custom made by a local boat-steel company. The combination of materials and structure gives the building a unique expression bulding on the wilderness experience the center offers through dog-sledding, kayaking etc.
