The ‘Trojka’ project focuses on housing, collectivity and sustainability. The project consists of three compact volumes, connected by an “elevated street”. Social contact is promoted thanks to the “elevated street” and a collective garden with a pavilion. The diverse range of apartments provides the necessary flexibility.
