Trinidad Residence is located in the populated area of Quezon City. With narrow roads and highly dense community, security is one of the considerations to prioritized. We designed this structure to cope up with the existing problems on site and incorporate elements like the green wall buffer and full wall louvers to compromised with the painted concrete finishes that was used on the majority of the structure. The remaining lot on the back of this residential project was used to incorporate an urban garden where the owners can grow plants and vegetables as future food source.
